Product tabs
How to add your own “Delivery”, “Warranty”, “Manual” sections to the product page in the Trust template for OpenCart 3: creating tabs, text for a product and bulk filling for a category.
Extra tabs are your own sections on the product page: “Delivery and payment”, “Warranty”, “Manual”, “What’s in the box”. Each section has a title and an item in the section navigation, and comes after the description, specifications, reviews and questions.

The module is in Octemplates → Extra tabs: “Extra tabs for products” — the list of tabs, “Module settings” — status and bulk operations.
How it works
Create a tab
In “Extra tabs for products” click “Add” and set the name for each language, the status and the sort order (lower number — higher on the page).

Fill in the text for a product
A tab isn’t shown anywhere by itself — it needs text. Open the product in Catalog → Products, go to the “Extra tabs” tab, start typing the tab name, pick it and fill in the text for each language.

Or fill a whole category
To avoid opening every product, use bulk operations — see below.
The section appears on the product page only when the module is enabled, the tab is active and the product has text in the current language.
Bulk operations
In “Module settings” on the “Bulk operations” tab you can write the same tab text to all products of a category at once — handy for “Delivery” or “Warranty”.

Choose the tab and products
Tab — which one to fill. Products in category — only products assigned directly to this category (not subcategories), or “All store products”.
Write the text
For each language. If a product already has text for this tab, it is replaced.
Apply
“Write text to products” adds or replaces the text. “Remove from products” deletes this tab’s text from the selected products — the section disappears from their pages.
Tip. Write the common text in bulk, then change it for individual products in the product editor — a bulk operation doesn’t touch products in other categories.
Turning off
- A disabled tab disappears from all product pages, but the texts are kept — they come back when you enable it again.
- A disabled module (status in “Module settings”) hides all tabs and removes “Extra tabs” from the product editor. Data isn’t deleted.
